We’re committed to providing you resources and support to have responsible fun, so we’ve made it easy for you to set custom limits on how much money you deposit or wager and time you spend on the app or site. Global deposit limits

Parental controls

FanDuel verifies all accounts for age and eligibility. If minors (under the age of 19) have access to your computer, your account or your personal information, please consider installing parental control software to prevent access to FanDuel and other age-restricted sites. If you believe a minor is playing on FanDuel, please contact customer support. If a minor is found playing on FanDuel, then that account will be closed.

Underage Gambling

Please note that anyone under the age of 19 years old found to be using this site for internet or mobile wagering purposes, as well as anyone who facilitates someone under the age of 19 years old using the site for internet or mobile wagering purposes, will be reported to law enforcement. They will be subject to other legal penalties.

Underage gambling is a criminal offense and anyone who facilitates gambling by a person under the age of 19 has committed a criminal offense and shall be prohibited from internet gaming.

Prohibitions and Restrictions

Limitations on Consumer Deposits

In accordance with state requirements, FanDuel restricts deposits within any 24 hour, 7 day, or 31 day rolling period for daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits respectively. These limits will apply, unless the user has requested a change in their limits and confirmed them following the cool down period. The following states have state limitations applied, which will be enforced if they are exceeded, regardless of the user’s own limitations.

For Massachusetts residents, the deposit limit level is $1,000 per 31 days
For Maryland residents and people located in Maryland, the deposit limit is $5,000 per 31 days
For Tennessee residents and people located in Tennessee, the deposit limit level is $2,500 per 31 days.

Deposit Threshold

FanDuel requires all players that deposit more than $2,500 to read and acknowledge a Responsible Play Statement. Players that reach this threshold will also be required to acknowledge a Responsible Play Statement on an annual basis.
